A note
I don't intend wasting any more time writing special CSS for Internet Explorer 6 or any other buggy browser. Almost 80 percent of my readers use a modern browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari, and I strongly suggest you do so, too. This site passes both XHTML Transitional and CSS validation by W3C. If it doesn't look right on your screen, blame your browser. Thank you and sorry for the interruption.
Girl on a window
The image on the left is an attempt to create a CG version of the photograph on the right.
It is a composite of different layers and techniques: The window and the shoe are a 3d model created from scratch (I’d forgotten Poser had shoes…) The background is also a 3d model. The woman is a Poser figure. All three elements were composed in Photoshop. The hair and the bottom of the dress were heavily retouched, since the Poser render was quite atrocious.
The images above are two slightly fetishist renders of the window from different angles.
